Why you might need Time Zone Editor In some Windows versions the time zone records are incomplete or incorrect, particularly Daylight Savings Time (DST) start and end times. The result is that the Windows Clock may show the wrong time after the new schedule of DST is started on March 11th, 2007. If your current time zone information is incorrect, the times in all other time zones will be incorrect.
